If you've been looking for a dental plan that fits your budget, these affordable rates will make you smile:

*Please note: These rates are effective through December 31, 2008.

When you join, you choose the method of payment that works best for you - automatic deduction from your bank account, credit card or check - as well as the payment frequency. Payments may be made on either a monthly or quarterly basis. Only quarterly payments may be made by check. All check payments will incur an additional $2.00 processing fee per check.
