Online Benefits

BenefitCheck gives you immediate, online access to your patients' benefit information. If you haven't used it yet, try it here! You can:

  • confirm eligibility
  • get a detailed description of benefits
  • see a year-to-date status of benefit dollars used
  • check the status of the patient's deductible
  • learn more about X-ray coverage information.

Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, InfoLine now gives you greater access to benefit, eligibility and member information in half the time. For privacy and security purposes, you'll always be asked to enter your license number and tax ID number. You'll also need to enter the Delta Dental ID number and date of birth for each patient you inquire about.
Benefit information is organized by type of service, including:
