Employee Appreciation
Thirty-five percent of our employees have worked at Delta Dental for 10 years or more. That is a direct testament to the positive work environment we offer. We are a hard-working company, but we know how important it is to appreciate our employees with a little down time – and fun!

We sponsor many events throughout the year that our employees look forward to: ice cream socials, holiday luncheons, casual Fridays and Winter Fest to name a few.

Internships/Co-ops
Delta Dental is proud to offer internships to students from local colleges and universities. Students can gain valuable experience in the fields of finance, sales and marketing, corporate communications, actuarial and underwriting and information technology (IT). 

We also participate in a high school co-op program with the Textron Chamber of Commerce Academy – a Providence-based Charter School.

By working in our small jewel of a state, you can be anywhere in less than 45 minutes - bordered by the beautiful ocean. And don’t forget about our local sports teams. The entire Delta Dental community is proud to cheer on teams like the Providence Bruins and Pawtucket Red Sox!
