Presentations and Proposals
Customized presentations and proposals help you deliver benefit plans that are right for each client and that highlight the benefits of Delta Dental that are important to each account. That makes selling easier.

Here's what we need from you to put together the best proposal:

  • Group Data Form
  • Current Census of Eligible Employees
  • (Date of birth of all dependents and individual/family status)
  • Current Plan Design and/or Current Renewal Rates
  • Claims Experience - Most recent 12 months of paid claims history
    (for groups with 100 or more benefit-eligible employees)

Proposals are generated within three to five business days for groups under 25 enrollees and seven days for groups over 25 enrollees. During peak periods when requests are especially high, turn-around time may be extended. Of course, we will always communicate any delay to you and work to ensure acceptable timing.
